If you go on the ODE website www.ode.state.oh.us  and search Safe and Supportive Learning, you will see many items.  One is Safe & Civil (2nd item down).  There is a newsletter you can read & subscribe to, and there is a conference coming up on Nov 18th from 1-3 pm in Columbus.  This is Free.  Look also for professional development ideas.

Also, the ODE is partnering with Dr., Jonathon Cohen through the Center for Social and Emotional Education www.csee.net
I understand that there is a  learning supports model that is good and here too is a newsletter that you can sign up to get vial e-mail.

I got this information from Jill Jackson from the ODE Supportive Learning Environments group.  Her phone is 614-466-9540.

Hope this is useful to you. Eileen
