Community Partnerships for Youth

Community Partnerships for Youth (CP4Y) is a 501c3, non-profit community group that focuses on promoting positive youth development through family, school and community partnerships. Formed in March of 2005 to serve the communities of the Chagrin Valley southeast of Cleveland, Ohio, we work with businesses, schools, local government, law enforcement, and other non-profit groups to reduce risk factors and create more protective assets for youth.
