What is an Affiliate?
The Parent to Parent Network (P2PN) welcomes organizations, schools and individuals who are interested in developing or enhancing parent education efforts on all issues impacting the health, safety and well-being of children pre-school through college. Affiliate Initiatives

The P2PN met with their Advisory Board and Affiliates during the 2009 summer and have agreed to focus our effort this year on strengthening and growing the organization. We will continue to provide monthly blasts and post events and information on our site.

Advantages of forming a Community Coalition

The P2PN works to help communities who share an interest in educating parents about the risks youth face today. We are also committed to assisting communities who are interested in establishing Wellness Coalitions focusing on the overall health and well-being of the youth in their communites. NEW DATA SHOW DRUG FREE COMMUNITIES PROGRAM SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCES TEEN SUBSTANCE ABUSE (Sept. 24, 2008)
Rates of current substance abuse by high school students in communities participating in the Drug Free Communities (DFC) program are significantly lower than national rates, according to a National Interim Evaluation of the DFC program, released today by John Walters, Director of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP). The National Youth Anti-Drug Media Campaign applauds the success of the DFC program, and encourages communities everywhere to take advantage of Media Campaign resources to help address local substance problems through public awareness and education. <Read More>
