Event: This presentation for parents addresses the steps to developing a successful Individual Education Program for students with disabilities who are of transition age (14+). Topics will include how to develop a future plan, courses of study in high school, and what is involved in writing goals for post-high school experiences. The outcome is to increase a student’s opportunities for successful transition from the school setting to adult life.
